Specific terms for individual services (including workshops, programmes, and digital products) will be confirmed in writing at the point of purchase or engagement.
Tickets for public workshops and events are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. Outside of this window, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events; in such cases, a full refund will be offered to all ticket holders.
